As a highly experienced Executive Recruiter with over two decades working with multiple organisations, I offer a specialist and bespoke approach to your recruitment needs. I have recruited Board Level Executives and Divisional roles within Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Project Management, Procurement and many more.
In today’s ever-changing business landscape, it’s more important than ever to create a fresh and dynamic approach to executive search. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, holidays, yoga, walking and gym sessions. I love to travel and immerse myself amongst different cultures - when I was 18, I worked on a kibbutz. One of my goals is to run a marathon by the time I am 50. Watch this space…

EMMA TAYLOR
Director
After graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in Law, Emma started her career in recruitment with HW Group who latterly become TMP and then Hudson. Starting off recruiting in-house lawyers for commerce and industry she moved over to set up HR Recruitment in the Midlands based out of the Birmingham Office before progressing to Director level managing multiple office locations.
Emma set up her own business in 2011 focusing on a broad range of opportunities across many functions on both a permanent and interim basis for clients based throughout the UK and in Europe. Considered as proactive in the way she recruits, Emma brings a strong track record of success filling middle management level roles, often working with the director population and in house teams where they need additional support. Emma has an extensive network gained over a successful 20-year career and has a strong reputation for operating at pace and for delivering on assignments where others have struggled to fill.
Emma joins Teare after previously working with Mandy Turpin in their earlier careers and will concentrate on the £50 - 100k salary levels. The focus will be retaining the high level of service and quality of Teare Executive Search whilst providing a competitive fee structure to accommodate the selection market.

Gemma Parkins
Personal Assistant & Assignment Manager
Gemma’s career spans more than 10 years providing senior-level support within the Recruitment and Executive Search industry. She has worked alongside Mandy Turpin, since 2018.
At Teare Executive Search, Gemma plays a critical role in ensuring assignments are run smoothly and efficiently. Gemma provides support to the rest of team on meeting liaison, documentation management, compiling reports, diary & travel management and ensuring clients and candidates are kept informed throughout the search processes. She organises the full interview schedule and manages this through to completion. She is a critical part of the search assignment process and as expected is incredibly organised and efficient in her day-to-day activities.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, running, long walks and holidays.
